My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were not just clean and spacious but super comfortable. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient, although there was a slight hiccup with the car valet service. The location couldn’t have been better, right at the top of Newbury Street, perfect for exploring Boston on foot. While the dining experience was great, it fell short considering the hotel's standard.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and had everything we could possibly need, although being above the reception meant we could sometimes hear noise from there and from the restaurant. The hotel's location on Comm Ave was terrific, surrounded by great restaurants and an easy walk to BU, although not ideal for the freedom trail.
